Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (or System Integrators) aligned with strategic objectives and target markets.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations and serve as primary contact for assigned partners.
  • •Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets; provideSales enablement and collateral to partners; collaborate with internal sales for co-selling.
  • •Accurately forecast partner sales and provide regular reports on performance, activities, and market insights.
  • •Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the channel partner program, including policies, incentives, and marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Native German and fluent English; strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • •2-3 years of experience in partnership development or a similar role in a competitive, data-driven environment.
  • •Solid understanding of SaaS business models and a keen interest in technology.
  • •Analytical and strategic thinking with a KPI-driven approach.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
