Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure acceptable quality of work, minimize rework, and effectively utilize available resources.
  • •Monitor and control latest valid IFC drawings and coordinate execution of activities as built for major elements of work.
  • •Supervise construction work, including labor, materials, and equipment movement/distribution to keep costs and budgets adhered to.
  • •Ensure construction works are completed on or before scheduled dates according to approved shop drawings, method statements, and behavior-based safety.
  • •Enforce safety procedures for all supervised workers, report risks to the site engineer, and help project teams maintain zero loss time incidents (LTIs).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Knowledge in project construction scope and objectives.
  • •Knowledge in project safety programs, occupational health and safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills (required for success).
  • •High school diploma in related technical certificates.
