Perform vehicle repair and maintenance according to dealership and factory standards, using repair orders with efficiency and accuracy. Diagnose malfunctions, conduct multi-point inspections, and make recommendations to support vehicle safety and reliability. Communicate regularly with Parts Department and Service Advisors, document completed work, maintain special tool inventory, and stay current with factory technical bulletins and training. Deliver exceptional customer experience to build loyalty while meeting production, sales, and customer satisfaction targets.
