Video Algorithm Engineer - Multimedia Lab

Build and optimize ByteDance’s next-generation end-to-end video platform, spanning adaptive video encoding, video understanding, processing/enhancement, and quality assessment. You’ll design image/video quality metrics (no-reference and full-reference) and develop efficient streaming and delivery algorithms for both Live and VOD. Work across codec and streaming layers, validate QoE improvements at scale, and collaborate on high-performance video systems for billions of users.
