Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead configuration, deployment, and optimization of Trimble Unity Maintain/Cityworks for airport clients.
  • •Design and configure asset hierarchies, work order management, service requests, inspections, preventive maintenance programs, and operational workflows.
  • •Configure user roles, permissions, security settings, and business rules; support upgrades, testing, enhancements, and production deployments.
  • •Configure integrations between Unity Maintain/Cityworks and Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, and support digital twin initiatives and spatial analytics.
  • •Support enterprise integrations (document management systems, BIM platforms, PROPworks, financial systems), including API/ETL/middleware work; develop reports, dashboards, and compliance performance metrics; provide client training and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in GIS, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Asset Management, or a related field plus 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalency).
  • •Experience implementing, configuring, administering, or supporting Trimble Unity Maintain/Cityworks (3+ years preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of asset management and CMMS/EAM solutions, including work order management and preventive maintenance programs.
  • •Experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise and relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
  • •Familiarity with FAA Part 139 requirements and airport operations (preferred).
