Key Responsibilities

  • •Own client interface and relationship across projects, including business follow-up meetings and client workshops, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • •Drive offers and business development for the program in coordination with sales, partners, and technical advisory teams; track opportunities and manage bid/conception commitments (RAO, investigate, proposals, estimates, milestones, deliverables).
  • •Oversee operations and quality follow-up in delivery/project management, including costra participation, risk monitoring, supervision of work package managers, and crisis escalations/action plans.
  • •Ensure on-time delivery and project quality through supervision of commitments and deliverables; guarantee quality monitoring for the project.
  • •Perform financial program tracking and reporting for each project (invoicing and financial metrics) and consolidate finances, setting roadmaps and forecasts.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a BAC+5 (engineering school or university) with a specialization in IT/informatics.
  • •Have strong knowledge of infrastructure and security technologies.
  • •Demonstrate prior experience leading senior project delivery and managing contractual, planning, and resource-management aspects.
  • •Show strong organization, synthesis, and leadership skills, including driving a high-quality client relationship over time.
  • •Be able to manage resources across service centers and lead project teams functionally while communicating precisely with teams and management.
