Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a strong client experience culture and be present with clients and teammates to understand impacts on clients’ personal and financial needs.
  • •Listen during in-person and phone conversations for financial wellness opportunities and deliver customized recommendations.
  • •Open and manage consumer and business banking products, including deposit accounts, home equity and unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals by using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts to drive sales and referrals.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations including teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience building relationships with new and existing customers, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources (sales experience more important than financial services).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit concepts, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients and using fact-finding questions to overcome objections and be helpful.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web browsing) to educate clients on digital platforms.
