  • •Act as the primary technical authority and trusted advisor for Canon Professional Printing products across the UK and Ireland.
  • •Drive service excellence by managing complex technical escalations and leading root cause investigations.
  • •Own product launch processes and support prelaunch training development and launch readiness.
  • •Plan and deliver specialist technical training (face to face, virtual, or new methods) and develop learning content.
  • •Ensure operational excellence through OLA/SLA adherence, performance/profitability improvement programmes, and safety-compliant product modifications.
