Key Responsibilities

•Lead AI product development efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance AI products with measurable customer impact
•Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for AI product development
•Stay updated on AI/ML developments and drive adoption of relevant AI tools across HSBC
•Provide guidance to value streams, businesses, and functions in developing their own AI use cases and establish success metrics
•Develop and deploy common data/AI platform components and maintain documentation and reports for AI product development

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in end-to-end AI/ML solution development, architecture design, or a related role within financial services or technology sectors
•Hands-on expertise in Python and Spark, with experience on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
•Experience deploying AI solutions at scale in production and working with big data
•Ability to gather requirements, define objectives, and establish success metrics for AI initiatives
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across the organisation
