Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day HSE support for local site personnel and regional field service teams, resolving observations, analyzing trends, and supporting operational projects as the SME.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as internal HSE policies and standards.
  • •Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action processes to prevent recurrence.
  • •Support audits, inspections, and performance reviews across multiple sites and operational teams.
  • •Own the facility maintenance program, including preventive maintenance, documentation, compliance activities, and coordination with third-party vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Sciences, or related field (or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of HSE experience).
  • •At least 5 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment (with experience supporting operations and/or field-based teams).
  • •Working knowledge of HSE management systems and industry standards, including a WHSO license for Singapore.
  • •Experience managing HSE programs, compliance initiatives, and risk management activities.
  • •Strong communication skills to influence and guide operational leaders.
