Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop effective, result driven content to support the learning and development needs of agency members.
  • •Cultivate the capacity of takaful planners to carry out sales activities effectively and efficiently.
  • •Coach and motivate the takaful planners in developing the skills needed to perform their responsibilities.
  • •Develop high performance takaful planners and assess continuously the training needs through structured training activity.
  • •Monitor implementation of training programs to ensure effective execution.

Key Requirements

  • •A bachelor’s degree from a recognized University specializing in Business Administration, Insurance, Education & related disciplines
  • •Have at least 2-3 years of working experience in takaful and/or retail financial services business in the areas of Training, Sales & Marketing
  • •Knowledge & qualification in Shariah Financial Planning is an added advantage
  • •Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • •Enthusiastic, self-motivated and passionate in people development
