Key Responsibilities

•Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executives in your designated territory.
•Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritization and building technical champions.
•Influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with the wider cloud ecosystem and 3rd party applications, ensuring they are excited by the Databricks vision and solution strategy.
•Be a 'champion’ for both customers and colleagues, operating as an expert solution architect and trusted advisor for significant data analytics architecture, design, and adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
•Contribute to Databricks' technical community engagement by developing customer-facing collateral and leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 219,100 - 301,300 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of customer-facing technical experience, including technical pre-sales responsibilities.
•Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives by building relationships and orchestrating teams for long-term customer success.
•Prior experience coding in Python, Java, or Scala and willingness to learn Spark.
•Hands-on expertise with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms.
•Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
