Job Summary

Drive store sales and deliver an elevated ALO guest experience through product education and authentic engagement. Build daily client relationships, ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop sales floor, and help achieve targets by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives. Partner with leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, and maintain effective floor coverage, shipment processing, and front/back-of-house procedures.

•Lead ALO’s Flow initiatives to drive and exceed sales goals while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
•Maintain strong client relationships daily, resolve customer needs quickly, and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
•In partnership with leadership, analyze reports and support action plans to address deficient areas and highlight growth opportunities.
•Support store operations including sales floor coverage, shipment processing/product flow, visual merchandising, replenishment, and executing front/back-of-house procedures.
