Key Responsibilities

  • •Work toward store sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission standard for every guest.
  • •Lead ALO’s Flow initiatives to drive and exceed sales goals while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Maintain strong client relationships daily, resolve customer needs quickly, and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports and support action plans to address deficient areas and highlight growth opportunities.
  • •Support store operations including sales floor coverage, shipment processing/product flow, visual merchandising, replenishment, and executing front/back-of-house procedures.
