Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide individual and group counselling for students, staff, and parents.
  • •Support crisis intervention and develop personalized support plans.
  • •Deliver school-wide wellbeing programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns aligned to pastoral care.
  • •Maintain confidential and accurate case records in line with safeguarding and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a DCD license.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or equivalent.
  • •2+ years’ experience working as a School Counsellor, Guidance Counsellor, or in a similar student support role.
  • •Relevant professional counselling certification or licensure is desirable; safeguarding/child protection and mental health support training is advantageous.
  • •Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting, including collaboration with students, parents, teachers, and external agencies.
