Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing through offer, ensuring top-of-funnel quality and fast, high-signal decision-making
  • •Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and advocate for both candidates and company needs
  • •Attend AI meetups, technical conferences, and community events to proactively build pipelines
  • •Source candidates in unconventional places—e.g., GitHub repos, preprint authors on arXiv, contributors to Apache mailing lists, or insightful Twitter threads
  • •Facilitate structured interview loops, track candidate performance, and lead debriefs alongside hiring managers and leadership
  • •Manage offers and close processes in collaboration with hiring managers and the CEO
  • •Continuously improve our recruiting systems, workflows, and candidate experience
