Key Responsibilities

•Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing through offer, ensuring top-of-funnel quality and fast, high-signal decision-making
•Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and advocate for both candidates and company needs
•Attend AI meetups, technical conferences, and community events to proactively build pipelines
•Source candidates in unconventional places—e.g., GitHub repos, preprint authors on arXiv, contributors to Apache mailing lists, or insightful Twitter threads
•Facilitate structured interview loops, track candidate performance, and lead debriefs alongside hiring managers and leadership
•Manage offers and close processes in collaboration with hiring managers and the CEO
•Continuously improve our recruiting systems, workflows, and candidate experience

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 220,000 annually
