Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build copilots, agents, and conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • •Define orchestration strategies and architectures for single-agent and multi-agent systems.
  • •Develop RAG, grounding, and context management, and integrate agents/models with APIs, knowledge bases, and corporate systems.
  • •Implement Human-in-the-Loop patterns including reviews, approvals, exception handling, and escalation.
  • •Define evaluation/testing and monitoring to measure accuracy and safety, investigate failures, and document architectures and limitations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing solutions based on generative AI and language models.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio (or equivalent) to build AI agents.
  • •Strong prompt engineering, context management, and tool/function calling.
  • •Practical experience with RAG, semantic search, and grounding strategies.
  • •Knowledge of AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI usage, including evaluation test design.
