Own the product strategy and ongoing delivery of ERP capabilities supporting order-to-cash and procure-to-pay across the business. Partner with IT development teams and business stakeholders to define requirements, refine technical work, manage the backlog, and plan releases. Lead solution validation through testing support, training, change management, and maintain technical documentation to ensure quality and benefit realization.

•Deliver ERP application functionality and define the long-term vision for transformational capabilities.
•Define and manage application strategy, roadmap, and priority business initiatives through application delivery.
•Work with business and IT teams to develop prioritized features and manage the product backlog.
•Create product implementation plans, communicate key milestones and releases, and provide business validation as solutions are developed.
•Partner to ensure end-user acceptance testing, training, and change management, and maintain technical documentation.

Salary: USD 89,200 - 122,650 annually

•7-10 years of ERP experience.
