Team Lead / Asst Manager - Senior Collections Specialist (Kuala Lumpur, MY)

Lead the collections team to manage end-to-end collections and bad debt recovery. Own accurate recovery and timely resolution of unmatched receipts, journals, payments, and DKOs, and perform broker statement reconciliations. Review and approve premium/commission refunds and support annual write-off and unclaimed monies processes. Partner with Finance, Underwriting, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to strengthen controls, support audits with complete documentation, and drive continuous process improvements, including system enhancements and UAT.
