Key Responsibilities

  • •Design AI-first product experiences across billing, invoicing, collections, and finance agent workflows.
  • •Partner with PMs and engineers from discovery through shipping to bring new concepts to life.
  • •Explore how agentic AI workflows should behave, including what they do automatically and how they explain their reasoning.
  • •Move between broad concepts and tactical deliverables, from sketched copilot experiences to refined invoice interactions.
  • •Prototype rapidly and test ideas with internal stakeholders and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product design experience (approx. 5 YoE) in B2B or finance/workflow-heavy domains
  • •Experience shipping user-friendly B2B products, preferably in finance
  • •Strong collaboration skills with PMs and engineers from discovery through shipping
  • •Ability to work in an ambiguous, early-stage environment and shape product and process
  • •Interest in AI tools and designing for AI-native workflows
