Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure invoices are sent and payments are collected on time, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • •Consolidate and prepare reports on online sales, including manual adjustments, discounts, bank charges, and commission charges.
  • •Generate weekly partner payment reports and prepare monthly and aging receivables reports for stakeholders.
  • •Reconcile accounts receivable and payables with partners so balances align accurately.
  • •Perform monthly commission analysis and support other finance tasks such as audit support, ERP activities, and legal compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
  • •Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and excellent communication.
  • •Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
