Manage incoming payments by sending invoices, ensuring collections are on time, and reconciling accounts receivable and payables. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure invoices are sent and payments are collected on time, maintaining accurate financial records.
•Consolidate and prepare reports on online sales, including manual adjustments, discounts, bank charges, and commission charges.
•Generate weekly partner payment reports and prepare monthly and aging receivables reports for stakeholders.
•Reconcile accounts receivable and payables with partners so balances align accurately.
•Perform monthly commission analysis and support other finance tasks such as audit support, ERP activities, and legal compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and excellent communication.
•Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
•Understanding of general accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
