Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver end-to-end implementations in supply-chain planning from architecture and solution design to go-live.
  • •Develop agentic AI use cases to support autonomous supply-chain planning for global customers.
  • •Run workshops and steering meetings with customer process owners and decision-makers.
  • •Support project management and change management to ensure solutions are adopted and lived.
  • •Participate in pre-sales activities such as offers, proof of concepts, and strategic customer programs.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of practical project experience in supply-chain planning with proven, solution-oriented mindset.
  • •In-depth knowledge of at least one planning area such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or Response & Supply.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP IBP or a comparable planning solution, including practical project delivery.
  • •Understanding of how and why supply-chain processes are designed beyond configuration details.
  • •Experience with KI/AI tools in daily work and strong German and English skills (fluent in speaking and writing).
