Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive test R&D initiatives for new products to support product-line profitability goals, including cost reduction and capacity/output increases.
  • •Handle all engineering R&D activities assigned to the project team.
  • •Serve as an initial point of contact for product-line operational topics such as supply chain management, manufacturing, quality, customer service, sales/marketing, technical publications, and document control.
  • •Collaborate with manufacturing and R&D teams to solve customer quality and application issues.
  • •Lead and enable cross-functional collaboration, coordinating with test engineers in other regions/countries to achieve shared objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduated in 2024–2026 with less than 24 months of work experience.
  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Microelectronic-related majors.
  • •Strong understanding of electronics, circuit design, and layout.
  • •Proficiency in C++ and Visual Basic; programming skills in C/C++ are also expected.
  • •Familiarity with voltage/current sources, digital multimeters, HP instruments, and oscilloscopes, plus semiconductor device physics knowledge.
