Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet every guest immediately in a friendly, approachable manner and ensure they are well cared for.
  • •Prepare and serve drinks promptly, following Topgolf recipes and service standards.
  • •Set up, maintain, and stock bar and beverage service areas (including non-alcoholic stations and storage).
  • •Maintain accurate spill logs and ensure breakages and wastages are recorded in writing.
  • •Perform ordering, inventory, and control of beverage product and supplies while following hygiene, health, and safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in spirits, beer, and wine, with strong knowledge of drink preparation and Topgolf standards.
  • •Maintain guest-ready bar areas and uphold food hygiene practices throughout service.
  • •Follow responsible alcohol service rules to protect guests and community.
  • •Handle cash and credit cards carefully while providing premium menu recommendations.
  • •Apply health and safety procedures and keep breakages/wastages recorded in writing.
