Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and execute Operating Entity (OE) demand by matching reusable AI building blocks to OE pain points and securing funded engagements.
  • •Steer multiple AI engagements in parallel across the full lifecycle, transferring patterns and lessons between squads.
  • •Validate assumptions quickly, cut scope that does not earn its place, and correct course as delivery progresses.
  • •Own the build-to-run handover to global service or local IT teams, with run teams involved during delivery.
  • •Own the OE relationship after go-live and prepare structured communications and decision papers for senior stakeholders up to CTO and Board level.
