Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop the kitting team to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate daily operations.
  • •Coordinate labor resources, communicate priorities, lead Tier meetings, and resolve production interruptions and material shortages.
  • •Oversee kitting and inventory activities to maintain material availability, inventory accuracy, and on-time production support.
  • •Partner with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Planning, Production, and warehouse teams to address operational and material flow challenges.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, Kaizen, quality, and safety initiatives; perform hands-on warehouse responsibilities and operate certified equipment as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, inventory, material handling, or production environment.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience serving as a senior team member, trainer, mentor, lead, or informal leader.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience operating a forklift.
  • •No relocation benefit; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered (active-duty military exempt).
