Lead engineering, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for a global enterprise. •Manage core services and monitor platform health, performance, and service reliability; resolve issues proactively.

•Implement and enforce enterprise governance policies (access, sharing, naming, retention), and support audit/compliance activities.
•Build automation and reporting using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Google Admin SDK; provide Tier 2/3 support and maintain runbooks.

•Experience with Entra ID and Google Identity, plus PowerShell/automation experience.
