Job Summary

Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday HCM functionality while driving the transformation of human capital management processes. Configure and optimize Workday’s HCM ecosystem across modules, act as a Workday subject matter expert, and lead integrations and operational support. Partner cross-functionally to implement enhancements, ensure governance and compliance, and deliver executive reporting and analytics (including Prism). Support releases and end-user adoption through documentation and training.

•Configure and optimize Workday HRIS and HCM modules, troubleshooting Workday configuration and reporting issues to identify root causes.
•Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday functionality and participate in delivering new Workday features.
•Serve as a technical liaison and Workday subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on system capabilities and automation opportunities.
•Ensure operational readiness through configuration, testing, governance, and compliance with security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy controls.
•Create and maintain reports, queries, and analytics for executive leadership, including Prism Analytics, and support training and adoption through documentation.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of Workday development experience supporting HRIS modules.
•Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Peakon) and Workday implementations.
•Experience with Workday integrations and reporting, including Prism Analytics and Workday Report Writer.
•Ability to work with XML, Java, and web service-based integrations, including ETL processes and tools.
•Strong communication and organizational skills, including working effectively in Agile environments.
