Planning and Control Planner

Plan and schedule weekly production based on shop-floor capacity and material constraints. Lead daily cross-functional production and material management meetings, develop balanced loading plans for seasonal shutdowns, and reflow schedules when critical material shortages occur. Coordinate with Demand, Material Planning, and Logistics to ensure material availability, timely shop-floor pulls, and on-time FGI shipment. Manage production orders and convert/release POs using PC Console, including reconfig/SWAP planning and CRF management.
