Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as global technical subject matter expert for the DataSphere® Fiber portfolio across field operations, engineering, business development, training, and customers worldwide.
  • •Provide technical leadership and lifecycle support for permanent fiber optic sensing technologies, including product development, qualification, field deployment, commissioning, troubleshooting, and product enhancements.
  • •Support integration of downhole fiber optic monitoring systems with surface interrogation hardware, optical measurement systems, communication networks, and data acquisition platforms.
  • •Troubleshoot complex customer applications and provide technical recommendations to optimize system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • •Develop and maintain technical documentation and customer support content, author and approve Technology Bulletins and critical technical communications, and mentor engineers and technical professionals while applying HSE and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum 13 years of experience supporting field operations, technology development, product development, or technical services within the energy industry.
  • •Extensive knowledge of Completion Tools products, field operations, and customer applications.
  • •Experience supporting fiber optic sensing technologies, including downhole systems, surface interrogation hardware, or optical measurement systems.
  • •Experience developing technical documentation, engineering procedures, and customer-facing technical communications.
