Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead AI Platform development team, delivering shared AI/ML services, infrastructure and tooling.
  • •Partner with Lead Architect to define and execute the vision for the AI Platform as well as Agent and Tool Support.
  • •Deliver standardized, self‑service platform capabilities aligned with security, risk and compliance expectations.
  • •Contribute to the Platform Architecture function, defining reference architectures, standards and guardrails.
  • •Partner with data, cloud, security, risk and application teams to ensure platform alignment and control.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of software engineering experience, with strong command of Python, C#, TypeScript and relevant technologies.

  • •Demonstrated product mindset for internal platforms and developer enablement.
  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
