Sourcing Manager, Mechanical Commodities (Starlink)

Own sourcing strategy for Starlink mechanical commodities, building and managing the supply base for satellites, subsystems, and ground stations. Lead supplier and stakeholder partnerships to develop cost and sourcing plans, negotiate contracts to maximize value and priority, and use analytics to drive cost/space/process optimization. Build and manage project budgets with a total-cost-of-ownership focus, provide program status reporting, mentor the team, and present value propositions to executives.
