Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide regional technical support to operational and commercial teams to ensure quality of execution, solution effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Assist teams with complex technical topics and follow up on actions aligned with their managers.
  • •Optimize on-site operations and improve intervention reliability.
  • •Develop technicians’ technical skills in partnership with operational team leads, including drafting materials and running training sessions.
  • •Support dispute management and defend the company’s interests in technical disputes, including handling major disputes and centralizing field feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+3 to BAC+5 training in cold production, heating, regulation, and air treatment, with at least 5 years’ experience in the field.
  • •Provide regional technical support to operational and commercial teams to ensure quality of interventions and customer satisfaction.
  • •Demonstrate autonomy, organization, dynamism, and proactivity in daily work.
  • •Proficiency with external IT tools such as Pack Office.
  • •Comfortable in English speaking and writing.
