  • •Prepare detailed cost estimates (materials, subcontractors, purchased equipment, labor) and other construction-related activities for bidding and pricing.
  • •Develop detailed scope and cost estimates from account managers’ design-build scope, including scope definition, exceptions/exclusions, preliminary proposal, vendor/subcontractor quotes, and points list.
