Key Responsibilities

  • •Review open orders daily and ensure delivery from suppliers.
  • •Process daily/recurring PO and PR follow-ups, ensure supplier acknowledgements, and keep OA dates within lead time.
  • •Proactively expedite deliveries by reviewing open orders with internal customers and scheduling supplier calls to close past-due lines and minimize OTTR failures.
  • •Coordinate LOC shipments and required documentation from shipper through submission in bank; update tracking for CPT shipments.
  • •Complete GR, verify customer invoice posting, resolve vendor invoice disputes and discrepancies, and publish weekly performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain activities.
  • •End-to-end knowledge of supply chain management processes, including order-to-cash execution.
  • •Working knowledge of trade compliance and the COC process, with responsibility for end-to-end LOC processing.
  • •Supplier negotiation experience and experience working with freight forwarders for CPT shipments.
  • •Good knowledge of SAP and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Six Sigma and Lean tools.
