Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with program area directors and leadership teams to ensure sound business decisions for program implementation, new business, and strategy.
  • •Manage all financials for a complex program portfolio, monitoring and measuring short- and long-term performance.
  • •Construct the Long-Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan and develop/oversee forecasts for Bookings, Sales, Earnings, and Net Cash.
  • •Provide financial briefings and communications to customers and internal leadership including Finance, SCM/Ops, Engineering, and the PMO Director.
  • •Develop and lead a team of multiple managers and manage business processes including EAC, customer reporting, proposal/start-up gates, working capital management, and earned value.

Key Requirements
