Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and simple cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistent quality, maintain cleanliness and organization across workstations, and help with stock rotation and inventory checks. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination. Coordinate with kitchen staff to keep workflow smooth and orders timely, while participating in training to improve culinary skills.
