Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with daily rendering operations by supporting equipment operators and helping maintain consistent workflow across the department.
  • •Unload combo units and safely transfer contents from trailers efficiently.
  • •Clean and maintain work areas thoroughly using soap and high-pressure hoses to uphold housekeeping standards.
  • •Operate forklifts/motorized equipment as required and use basic hand tools and high-pressure hoses to complete assigned tasks.
  • •Perform additional duties as assigned and follow all Health & Safety protocols, including working safely in elevated areas and in varied environmental conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have at least 6 months of continuous employment in the last 2 years (prefer 3 consecutive months of operator experience within the last 2 years).
  • •Willing and able to unload combo units and transfer contents from trailers safely.
  • •Ability to operate forklifts and other motorized equipment as required.
  • •Ability to perform physical tasks (including climbing stairs/ladders up to 60 feet) and safely lift/handle materials up to 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
  • •Ability to comply with and operate within all Tyson Foods Health and Safety protocols and maintain communication with operations (including via radio).
