Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks to business teams.
  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of legal agreements.
  • •Advise on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity.
  • •Understand customer and internal request context to solve problems from their perspective.
  • •Support continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes; manage agreements within company policies and risk tolerance.

Key Requirements

  • •Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK, or at least one country in Europe.
  • •4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
  • •Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts, including SaaS contracts, professional services agreements, partner agreements, and NDAs.
  • •Strong communication skills in English AND either French or German, both written and verbal.
  • •Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a team.
