Job Summary

Lead and direct the APAC Legal Entity Rationalization program across multiple countries, driving day-to-day execution against an agreed roadmap. Maintain the integrated program plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action logs, and coordinate governance meetings at country and regional levels. Serve as the central coordination point across country teams, APAC functions, external advisors, and Group stakeholders, including issue resolution, reporting packs/dashboards, and transition activities such as integrations, transfer, and liquidations.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end execution of the APAC LER program across the region.
•Maintain the integrated program plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action logs; track progress and ensure follow-up on actions.
•Coordinate and host country-level and regional LER governance meetings.
•Act as central coordination point between country teams, APAC functions, external advisors, and Group stakeholders; manage issue resolution and escalation.
•Coordinate benefits tracking/reporting inputs and manage program documentation, reporting packs, dashboards, and management updates, including transition planning activities as required.

Key Requirements

•8–15 years of experience in project/program management, transformation, M&A integration, corporate restructuring, or related fields.
•Experience managing multi-country programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior executives and governance forums.
•Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive execution without direct authority.
•Bachelor’s degree in business and/or project management (or equivalent), with PMP certification preferred/required; ITIL is beneficial.
