Branch Leader II or III Hixson

Lead all aspects of a Truist branch in Hixson by driving team performance through coaching and management, and by delivering strong branch business development. Grow Small Business and Mass Affluent relationships through face-to-face appointments and outbound prospecting, execute civic/community involvement to build the Truist brand, and partner with IRM and operations to ensure compliance with controls, risk management, and training completion. Manage hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling for team members.
