  • •跟踪中国内地、香港及大湾区保险监管政策、市场动态与竞争格局，保障产品与业务合规。
  • •作为香港总部与内地团队、合作伙伴及重要客户之间的桥梁，推动信息流畅、策略对齐并落地项目。
  • •监控产品线表现，开展财务与业务数据分析，持续优化产品组合与承保策略。

Key Requirements

  • •大学本科或以上学历，优先保险、金融、经济、精算或相关专业背景。
  • •6年以上一般保险行业经验，专注个人保险产品开发、核保或相关工作。
  • •精通个人保险产品全周期管理，理解产品定价与风险选择。
  • •具备分入再保险业务的实际操作经验与风险评估能力。
  • •具备中英文书面及口语沟通能力，并持有或正在考取CPCU、ANZIIF、FCII、中国核保师等专业资格优先。
