The Retail Coordinator supports the VP of Stores – North America by driving strategic execution, operational clarity, and cross-functional alignment across the field organization. •Build polished, executive-ready recap decks and business presentations.
•Serve as a proxy for the VP of Stores – North America in cross-functional conversations, ensuring follow-through, clarity, and alignment.
•Coordinate directly with Retail Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, Buying/Planning, and Allocations to support business needs and streamline communication.
•Plan and manage meetings for field leadership, including virtual sessions, in-person meetings, and multi-day field conferences.
•Track key action items and deadlines, ensuring accountability across functional teams and field leadership.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 70,000 - 75,000 annually

•Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on professionalism, clarity, and polish.
