Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and champion a multi-year People processes strategy and technical roadmap aligned to business goals.
  • •Set and drive the People Team AI strategy, leading an existing cross-team People AI project squad.
  • •Manage governance and executive stakeholder management to enable focus on execution.
  • •Lead maturity of people analytics capabilities, delivering high-quality insights and predictive analytics for evidence-based decisions.
  • •Oversee global payroll infrastructure and operations, including governance, controls, compliance, and auditable processes; manage vendor/partner relationships to implement solutions for scaling needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience designing and leading People Operations and Technology strategies at scale, from organisational design to execution.
  • •Deep knowledge of People infrastructure including payroll cycles and global mobility frameworks, ideally with exposure to Workday implementations and governance.
  • •Expert stakeholder management, comfortable partnering with a VP and C-suite to turn complex technical, compliance, or operational challenges into business narratives.
  • •Strong understanding of GDPR, data privacy laws, localised payroll regulations, and international employment compliance.
  • •Collaborative leadership that enables technical experts and SMEs, fostering continuous development and improved ways of working.
