Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement tools powering the member enrollment funnel, including eligibility verification, plan/benefit matching, signup, and activation.
  • •Deliver high-quality web application code, including code reviews and unit/integration tests, while applying architecture and coding best practices.
  • •Use an agentic coding workflow to plan, implement, test, and review changes across the software development lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine enrollment conversion and time-to-enrollment using new or improved solutions.
  • •Participate in an on-call rotation to triage and resolve reliability issues in the enrollment pipeline.

Key Requirements
