  • •Design a global diagnostic strategy with business logic and telemetry thresholds to segment and uncover stalled implementations across single and multi-cloud environments.
  • •Use organization telemetry and sandbox insights to identify accounts not started, stuck, or missing foundational product features.
  • •Architect reporting views and recovery funnels to monitor progress, health metrics, and advancement along the recovery path.
  • •Design and deploy targeted recovery playbooks and orchestrate a strategic mix of Customer Success and Professional Services resources to unblock accounts.
  • •Establish cross-functional governance, including operating models, communication rhythms, and feedback loops to prioritize program execution and resource allocation.
