Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support product education, in-store promotions, and events to create an exceptional customer experience.
  • •Assist across store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Execute daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, and loyalty program promotions.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Key Requirements
