Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform hands-on statutory inspections of lifts and crane equipment and provide expert engineering opinions.
  • •Manage your own diary and service a geographic client area within a reasonable travelling distance.
  • •Report inspection results using a rugged laptop and issue reports electronically to clients.
  • •Broker and develop client relationships while representing Zurich Engineering.
  • •Work with a multi-disciplined inspection team and report to a Team Manager.

Salary: GBP 65,000 - 57,594 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced engineer with sound knowledge of your engineering discipline and hands-on experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • •Ideally a Level 4 qualification (HND/HNC etc.) in a relevant engineering field (minimum level 3; training to competency/qualification level).
  • •Either time served or a Modern Apprenticeship.
  • •Background in working with lifts and/or crane equipment would be an advantage.
  • •Full valid UK driving licence and willingness/ability to work paid overtime.
