Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of data science products for a central data science platform that powers real-time analytics and machine learning across 2K franchises. Partner with game studios and analytics teams to define a high-impact roadmap, build reusable ML model and feature engineering capabilities, support streaming and LiveOps use cases, and enable self-service AI deployments while ensuring reliable, governed production performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute product strategy for 2K’s central data science platform, partnering with data scientists to drive predictive analytics, player personalization, and real-time decision-making.
•Collaborate with the Director of Product, 2K Data to align the data engineering roadmap with player-centric outcomes and customer objectives.
•Define and prioritize a data science roadmap, leading a team of central data scientists across use cases like retention modeling, dynamic content generation, and real-time fraud detection.
•Lead reusable ML model development and feature engineering pipelines, integrating with real-time infrastructure for streaming analytics, AI-powered LiveOps, and dynamic matchmaking systems.
•Act as a liaison between data scientists and product teams, ensuring model outputs are actionable and support experimentation through A/B testing and personalization engines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of product management experience focused on data science, analytics, or ML-driven products.
•5+ years of experience in gaming, technology, or entertainment industries.
•Strong understanding of data science methodologies including predictive modeling, natural language processing, and computer vision.
•Experience with data science tools/platforms such as Python, SQL, Databricks, MLflow, SageMaker, TensorFlow, and R.
•Track record delivering data science products and features from ideation to production with measurable business impact.
