•Understand and analyze banking business needs in a complex environment and translate them into clear functional specifications.
•Contribute to the definition and evolution of digital products and services and to backlog grooming with the Product Owner.
•Define functional rules, refine use cases and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
•Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation; support design, development, and testing phases.
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (PO, PM, Developers, QA) to improve processes and ensure high-quality functional delivery.
