Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central, mission-critical, and drive Sierra’s growth in production environments
•Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
•Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents at scale
•Build the future of Sierra’s platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping tools, and collaborating with research, product, and platform teams
•Own end-to-end ownership of agent development and production readiness, balancing speed, quality, and reliability

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 390,000 annually
