Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central, mission-critical, and drive Sierra’s growth in production environments
  • •Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
  • •Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents at scale
  • •Build the future of Sierra’s platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping tools, and collaborating with research, product, and platform teams
  • •Own end-to-end ownership of agent development and production readiness, balancing speed, quality, and reliability
